"My daughter comes here for her speech therapy once a week. All the staff here are so welcoming and tight knit. We get to meet everyone here and build a relationship with them. My daughter always seems content when she comes here for her session. The waiting room is always clean and they have a handful of books for my toddler to read. I learned a lot from the therapists here. Customer service is a 10, cleanliness is a 10 and just overall experience I would highly recommend it to all parents who need a speech therapist for their child. Thank you Speech Tree Therapy."

“Sara M and the entire staff at Speech Tree are wonderful to work with. They clearly love their jobs, they take great care of their clients (and their stressed out client's moms :). We've been seeing the speech pathologists at Speech Tree for over 2 years now and it has been one of the best experiences I've ever had with any company in the medical field. On top of their superior service they do other things to make life easier for parents, such as take care of the insurance side of continuing treatment. We've been with other companies that Kaiser Permanente contracts out with and those companies tell you a week or two before your sessions run out that you need additional approval. This can result in 6 weeks of no therapy (I'm thinking in particular to my son's psychologist). We've never had to worry about that with Speech Tree, they've had the paperwork submitted and approved by Kaiser in advance so there has never been a lapse of service.

“My son has been receiving speech therapy here for about two years and it was been a wonderful experience. We have been clients of other companies in the past and in comparison this center surpasses them. At the Chula Vista office, the center is always clean, comfortable, and inviting. The staff here has great communication skills and I feel up to date on my son's case as well as other opportunities available and offered. The staff is friendly, understanding, patient and most importantly they CARE. I don't think it’s always easy working with young kids but the therapists and administrative staff always have a smile on their face.
